Delivery & Returns


We deliver both domestically in Norway and internationally. Choose between standard delivery without tracking and DHL Express with tracking.

Delivery Time

We use for standard delivery. Domestic delivery will normally take between 2-4 working days and will normally be delivered in your mailbox. International standard delivery time depends on the final destination. DHL Express delivery time takes normally: 1-3 working days.

Standard delivery without tracking:

  • Domestically standard delivery: 55 NOK
  • Domestically standard delivery without tracking: Free for orders over 600 NOK International standard delivery without tracking: 70 NOK
  • International standard delivery without tracking is Free for orders above 900 NOK

DHL Express with tracking:

  • DHL Express domestically delivery: 380 NOK
  • DHL Express international delivery: 365 NOK

Taxes And Other Duties

There may be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. Arctic Botanics or Arctic Natural Nutrition AS is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and will not refund costs to customers. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient.

Standard delivery with Posten sends smaller parcels directly to your mailbox, and larger parcels must be collected at Posten.

If you have received the following message: “My package has been delivered” and you have not received the package in the mailbox. This is because Posten / Bring has changed the status of the tracking, from “attempted delivery” or “delivered”. This may be because the mailbox is small / too full. It may also be due to defective marking of the mailbox or the address you have given us. In this case, the package will be shipped to your nearest post office, and you will receive a notification within one week. You will be notified by SMS or email when the parcel arrives at your local post office.


You have the right to withdraw regarding cancellation of the purchase within 14 days (withdrawal period) after receipt of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, and the sealing must be intact. The customer must cover the return cost. The item must be returned in a responsible manner (Section 15 of the Rich to Withdraw Act). The product must be returned together with the Right to Withdraw form.

When you return a product/s, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


After the product is returned and it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned product is approved, we will refund , and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
