Homemade Icecream
Homemade ice cream is easier than you think. Making homemade ice cream gives you complete control over the ingredients, exceptional flavour, and a creamy consistency that often surpasses store-bought alternatives. Avoid artificial additives and customise the recipe to your own preferences with natural, healthy ingredients. We recommend trying this simple recipe.
Ingredients
2 dl heavy cream
1 dl milk
1 dl quark/cottage cheese (vanilla or plain)
2-3 tsp. berry powder,choose your favourite berry powder
1–2 tbsp honey/agave syrup or 3-4 dates
1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract
Instruction
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Pour mixture into Ninja CREAMi container.
Place in freezer for at least 24 hours.
Run the ice cream program on your Ninja CREAMi. If ice cream becomes crumbly, add 1 tbsp milk and run a Re-Spin.
Tip! Want a little more texture in your ice cream? You can top it with white chocolate, coconut flakes or toasted almonds for a little extra crunch. If you also love the flavour of wild berries, you can easily sprinkle some berry powder on top. Enjoy:-)
