CLOUDBERRY POWDER
Cloudberry powder [Rubus chamaemorus] gives an exquisite taste of wild cloudberries. This powder contains only wild cloudberries from the pure nature of the north. Cloudberry powder delivers a fantastic cloudberry flavour and adds plenty of dietary fibre, as well as natural vitamins C, A and folate. The low temperatures in the north, combined with 24/7 sun, provide the ultimate ripening conditions for cloudberries, leaving these delicate berries with more flavour and nutrients. Add 1-2 tsp of cloudberry powder to smoothies, oatmeal, yoghurt, and baking for a nutritional, flavour, and colour boost. One of our favourites is to mix cloudberry powder with whipped cream for an extra-tasty treat.
