FRESH SUMMER  SMOOTHIES

Make fresh and tasty smoothies this summer with wild berry powder packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It is nutritious, environmentally friendly, and easy to make. Try out new berry powders and combine different flavours. Our favourite is to mix blueberry powder with sea buckthorn powder for a more intense flavour. 

Our standard smoothie recipe includes Organic wild berry powder, oat milk, apple juice, natural yoghurt, bananas, and a hint of honey. Suppose you have vegetables and fruits that are starting to become overripe; put them in the freezer and surprise your friends with a delicious smoothie. 

Ingredients 

1-2 tsp. Organic wild berry powder

1 banana

1 cup apple juice ( or orange juice)

0.5 cups oat milk

2 tb. Greek yoghurt / Natural yoghurt 

 

Instructions

  1. Pour oat milk and yoghurt into a blender/food processor and add berry powder and, fruit and berries. If you prefer it to be very cold and refreshing, you can add some ice cubes.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until the smoothie is smooth and pleasant.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with some fruit or berries.
