Ingredients
- 5 dl water
- 1.5 dl sunflower seeds
- 5 dl yogurt or Biola
- 4 dl whole wheat spelt flour
- 50 g yeast, ( or one bag of dry yeast)
- 4 dl oat
- 2.5 dl whole dried blueberries
- 4 dl rye flour
- 2.5 dl walnuts
- 4 dl whole wheat flour
- 1 ts. salt
- 4 dl spelt flour
- 0.2 dl oliven oil
Method
- Heat the water together with yogurt or Biola to 37 degrees
- Add whole frozen berries, whole walnuts, salt and olive oil
- Stir the types of flour together with the oatmeal and dry yeast. Mix the dry ingredients together with the rest of the ingredients.
- Work the dough well, preferably in a food processor. It is good if the dough is a little loose and sticky, rather add a little more flour when baking.
- Cover with a cloth and let the dough rise for 1-2 hours. Bake the loaves and cut a cross on top of the loaves. Raise under a cloth until the loaves have become a third bigger.
- Bake the bread at 240 degrees for about 20 minutes with steam in the oven. Then turn the oven down to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 more minutes. Cool the loaves under a cloth.
