HEALTHY MILKSHAKE
Spoil yourself and your family with a luxury treat you don't need to feel guilty about eating. We recommend trying this tasty, healthy milkshake packed with powerful antioxidants, dietary fibre and protein. Instead of ice cream, you can use frozen bananas. It is a simple recipe with mainly five ingredients: bananas, coconut milk/almond milk, cinnamon, berry powder and peanut butter.
It is gluten-free and vegan, and is arguably the tastiest milkshake you could ever eat!
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas (make sure they're ripe!)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cocnut milk or more as needed
- Dash of cinnamon
- 2-3 tsp. Berry powder. Pick your favourite
- Dash of maple syrup*
Top it all with a similar berry sauce on your chosen berry powder.
Instruction
When it comes to actually making your milkshake, it couldn't be easier! Pick all the ingredients and select your favourite berry powder. Dump all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth & creamy. We recommend adding berry sauce on top for an extra treat and then serving! Enjoy.
