Ingredients
- 2 tsp. blueberry powder
- 3 dl yogurt naturell
- 1 tsp. ginger
- ¼ lime ( juice) or a half orange
- 1 medium ripe banana
Topping
- 1 tbs. almond butter, peanut butter or cashew butter
- 1 tbs. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. flax seeds
- 1 tsp. honey or maple syrup
Method
- Put blueberry powder, banana, and yogurt in a blender or similar, and run it until you have a smooth mixture. Add grated fresh ginger and lime juice to taste, and stir the mixture a little more.
